Lisa Kay Smith, 57, of Hawkinsville, GA passed away Friday, September 24, 2021 at Houston Medical Center in Warner Robins, GA.The Indianapolis, IN native was a homemaker, loved crafting, sewing and making doggy dresses and member of First Christian Church in Perry, GA.She was a daughter of the late Roger Dean Roska and Mary Jane Pinkerton Roska and wife of the late Jimmy E. Smith, Jr., who passed away on Thursday, September 9, 2021.

She is survived by 1 daughter: Crystal Suelynn Carlson and husband, Ryan Douglas, Bonaire, GA;

1 brother: Roger Dale Roska, Jr. and wife, Marita, Indianapolis, IN;

1 sister: Roxanne Roska, Indianapolis, IN;

1 grandson: Austin James Hare and an unborn grandchild.

She was preceded in death by 1 sister: Regina Roska.

Graveside services will be 12:00 P.M. Friday, October 1, 2021 at Oak Forest No. 1 Cemetery with Bro. Danny Patrick officiating. Visitation will be 11:00 A.M. to 11:45 A.M. Friday at Goad Funeral Home.
