Mrs. Louvenia Martin Stewart, age 89, of Montgomery, Alabama formerly of Hawkinsville, Georgia died on January 2, 2016 in Montgomery, Alabama. Funeral services will be held at 1p.m. on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at Cedar Creek Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Stewart was a native of Dooly County and a member of the Hawkinsville First Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her husband, James Edwin Stewart; parents, Hoyt Vernon and Hattie Grantham Martin; brother, James Vernon Martin and a sister, Joyce Martin McLeod .
Left to cherish her memory are her son, James (Rhonda) Martin Stewart of Alexander City, Alabama; grandchildren, Andrew Stewart and Wesley (Kristi)Stewart; step-grandchildren, Cater (Carrie) Elliott, Caroline Elliott and Charlie Elliott. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren, Brannen Stewart, Peyton Stewart and Jordyn Stewart.
