Mack Henry Sinyard, 59, of Hawkinsville, Ga. died Sunday, April 28, 2013 at his residence in Hawkinsville, Ga.Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 1, 2013 in the chapel of Clark Funeral Home with Rev. Freddie Rhodes and Rev. Jimmy Revel officiating.Burial will be in Browndale Cemetery in Pulaski County.
Mr. Sinyard was a native of Pulaski County, Ga. and a member of Westview Baptist Church.He was a deacon and served on the grounds committee at Westview Baptist Church for many years.He was the song leader at Browndale Baptist Church and also a Gideon.Mack was in the Army reserves for 6 years.He was a digester operator for Weyehouser in Oglethorpe, Ga.Mr. Sinyard was preceded in death by his father, Henry Sinyard and grandson, Garrett Hunter.
Survivors include his wife, Dolly B. Sinyard of Hawkinsville, Ga.; mother, Mary G. Sinyard; daughters, Amy Hunter (Kent), Melissa Brown (Jeff); brothers, Ray Sinyard (Cathy),Jerry Sinyard; sister, Joy Carter (Keith); 2 grandchildren, Landon Hunter and Gavin Mack Dortch and special friend, Steve Saxon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Clark Funeral Home.
Flowers will be accepted, but donations may be made to Houston County Hospice.
Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
