Marcia Ruth Harpster

Marcia Ruth Harpster, age 67, of Hawkinsville, Georgia died on July 7, 2017 at her residence. Private family only services will be held in North Pole, Alaska at a later date.
Ms. Harpster was born on June 12, 1950 in Rochester, New York to the late Clark and Betty Ruth Mosman.She was a member of the Perry First Baptist Church and was a retired public school teacher from the Dooly County School System.Her husband, Claire Harpster preceded her in death.
Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Gregory James Waid of Florida, Joseph Waid of Warner Robins, Georgia and Jack Glen (Jamileh) Waid of North Pole, Alaska. She is also survived by her sister, Cheryl Passino and Rhonda Vangreheisen both of Rochester, New York and six grandchildren.
