Marion Joyce Nelson Curry, age 82, of Hawkinsville, Georgia passed away on January 24, 2015 at Taylor Regional Hospital in Hawkinsville. A memorial service will be held at Orange Hill Cemetery at 2p.m. on Wednesday, January 28, 2015. Visitation will take place immediately following the memorial service at the cemetery.
Mrs. Curry was born in Pulaski County and was a member of Antioch Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Curry. Survivors include daughters, Jean Ivis of Ormond Beach, Florida and Mary Myers Obenauf of Fernandina Beach, Florida; son, Frank Myers, III of Columbus, Georgia and one granddaughter, Natalie Ivis of Brooklyn, New York.
