Mary Ann Fordham, 53, of Hawkinsville, Ga. died Saturday, September 1, 2012 at Taylor Regional Hospital in Hawkinsville, Ga.Memorial services will be held at a later date.
Mary Ann was a native of Dodge County, Ga. and a member of the Trinity Baptist Church of Hawkinsville, Ga.She was a caregiver.
Survivors include one daughter, Brandi (Clay) Thornburg of Hawkinsville, Ga.; sisters, Glenda Hair and Brenda Walton, both ofPerry, Ga.; brothers, David (Ruth) Fordham of Cumming, Ga., Carroll Fordham and Ricky (Beth) Fordham, all of Eastman, Ga.; one grandson, Joshua Thornburg of Hawkinsville, Ga.
