Mrs. Lancaster was a native of Dodge County, Ga. and a member of the Corinth Baptist Church.She was a retired LPN and private sitter having worked at Taylor Memorial and Taylor Regional Hospital.She was preceded in death by her husband, Otis Lancaster; grandson, Jody Lancaster; great-grandson, Anthony Dennis; parents, John Holder and Claudie Maddox Holder; 4 brothers and 3 sisters.
Survivors include a son, Charlie Lancaster (Wanda) of Eastman, Ga.; daughters, Sue Newman of Hawkinsville, Ga.; Doris Richards (Larry) of Hawkinsville, Ga.; 6 grandchildren, Robbie Newman (Ashley), Jill Crochet (Dan), Tiffany Cheek (Rence), Rita Dunaway (Russ), Brandy Lancaster Dennis (Len), Kip Lancaster (Amanda), 13 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
