Mrs. Maurine Layman Dinkins Bridges, 50, of Hawkinsville, Ga. passed away Sunday, April 8, 2018 at her residence.A funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday, April 11, 2018 in the chapel of Clark Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Hock, Rev. Don Hock and Rev. James Alexander officiating.Visitation will be from 3 p.m. until 3:50 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will be private.
Mrs. Bridges was a native ofMontezuma, Ga. and a member of the Trinity Baptist Church.She worked in the health care field.Maurine was preceded in death by her previous husband, Ronald Dink Dinkins.
Survivors include her husband, Paul L. Bridges of Hawkinsville, Ga.; son, Ronald Heath (Jennifer) Dinkins of Marietta, Ga.; daughters, Candi Dinkins (Jason) Walters of Marietta, Ga., Heather (Joshua) Hatcher of Cordele, Ga., step-daughter, Paula Bridges of Hawkinsville, Ga.; brother, Edgar Blake Layman of Eastman, Ga.; sisters, Artie Marie (Hugh) Staples of Hawkinsville, Ga., Patricia Ann Conley of Unadilla, Ga. and 2 granddaughters.
Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
