Mrs. Mauvita Noble Coley, 90, of Hawkinsville, Ga. passed away Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at Summerhill Retirement Center in Perry, Ga.Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, December 11, 2014 at Hawkinsville First Baptist Church with Rev. Ricky Allen and Dr. Don McClung officiating.Burial will be in Orange Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Coley was a native of Pulaski County, Ga. and a member of the Hawkinsville First Baptist Church.She was a retired case worker for the Department of Family and Children Services in Pulaski County, Ga.She was preceded in death by her husband Howard C. Coley.
Survivors include her daughter, Gayle Coley Farmer (Mike) of Hawkinsville, Ga.; sons, Randy Noble Coley (Debbie) of Hawkinsville, Ga. and Howard Gary Coley (Teresa) of Lawrenceville, Ga.; sister, Evelyn Towson of Hawkinsville, Ga.; sister-in-law, Celia Hill of Hawkinsville, Ga.; 4 grandchildren, Dr. Michial Farmer (Victoria) of Minnesota, Laura Peterson (Michael) of Woodstock, Ga., Christy Croft (Ken) of Lakeland, Ga., Noble Coley of Douglas, Ga.; 2 great-grandchildren, Eliza Peterson and Coley Croft.
Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Clark Funeral Home.
Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
