Melinda Kathryn Swick
November 27, 1968 — October 8, 2014
Melinda was a native of Lafayette, Indiana and a member of the First United Methodist Church of Hawkinsville, Ga.She was a healthcare giver, a community volunteer and worked with the Pulaski County Christian Learning Center.She was the statistician for the Hawkinsville High School basketball team and wrote articles for the Dispatch & News.
Survivors include her mother, Florence Rhoades Swick of Hawkinsville, Ga.; sisters, Rhea Marie Swick and Ramona Jean Swick, both of Hawkinsville, Ga.; nephew, John Everett Swick and niece Kate Mary Kathryn Swick, both of Hawkinsville, Ga.
Pallbearers will be Woody McCutchen, John Jones, David Cannon, Will Conner, Brian Owens and Hal O'Berg.
Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
