Michael Ernest Sewell

Mr. Michael Ernest Sewell, age 74, of Hawkinsville, Georgia passed away Friday, March 21, 2025 at Community Hospice Vidalia, Georgia.  A visitation will be held from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Monday, March 24, 2025 at Clark Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at Clark Funeral Home with Zach Padgett, Vernon Hughs, Tommy Stewart and Jody Silver officiating.  Burial will be in Pulaski Bleckley Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Sewell was a native of Lamar County.  He was a member of Bellview Church.  Michael was a retired truck driver having driven for Schwerman Trucking Co.  He loved to hunt and go fishing.  Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Lovejoy Sewell and Rose Atkinson.

Survivors include his wife Teresa Jean Sewell; sons, Wesley Stephen Sewell and John Michael Sewell (Sonya); sister, Virginia Johnson; grandchildren, John Mark Sewell and Amelia Grace Sewell.
