Patience Louise Cook of Osseo, Michigan passed away peacefully surrounded by family on September 25, 2021 in Madison, Georgia. Pat was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great- grandmother. Pat was employed by Rite Aid until her retirement. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Fred Cook; sister, Jackie (Craig) Groat; son, Kevin (Lisa) Cook; daughter, Kelly (Kevin) Walker; grandchildren, Josh (Lesley) Cook, Chris Cook, Michael (Sonia) Butera, Genna Fernandez and four great grandchildren, Gentry, Colin, Keagan and Kileigh.
