Paul Carl Collins, 96, of Hawkinsville, Ga. passed away Saturday, March 5, 2011 at Pinewood Manor Nursing Home.Funeral services will be held at Corinth Baptist Church onTuesday, March 8, 2011 at 11a.m. with Rev. Gary Andrews officiating.Visitation will be held Monday, March 7, 2011 at Clark Funeral Home from 6p.m. to 8p.m.Burial will be in Powers Cemetery in Pulaski County.
Mr. Collins was a native of Pulaski County, Ga. and a member of Corinth Baptist Church.He retired from National Security Agency as a property officer.Mr. Collins was a Mason and a member of the National Association of Retired Federal Employees.
Survivors include his wife Betty Lena Collins of Hawkinsville, Ga., Children, David (Geneva) Collins of Eatonton, Ga.; Kay Collins (David Starrett) of Fort Washington, Maryland; Bonnie (Stan) Sharp of Atlanta, Ga. Four Grandchildren, Kelsey Sharp and Jenna Sharp of Atlanta, Ga., Philip (Janelle) Collins of Alpharetta, Ga. and Laura (Brent) Summerour of Alpharetta, Ga.One Great Grandchild, Jack Collins of Alpharetta, Ga.
Pallbearers will be Earnest Holmes, Joey Johnson, Raymond Hedden, Robert Lancaster, Jerry Lancaster and David Starrett.
Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. in charge of arrangements.
