Pauline Taylor Harvey Stewart
Pauline Taylor Harvey Stewart, 83, of Hawkinsville, Georgia was born in Nashville, Georgia on May 5, 1928 to Nathan Taylor and Equilla Cook Taylor, she was the 12th of 22 siblings. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 20, 2012 at Friendship Baptist Church at 2p.m. with Rev. Danny Allen and Dr. Kelly Pritchett officiating. Pauline was a former member of Friendship Baptist Church of Wilcox County and Broad Street Baptist Church ofPulaski Co. Georgia. Mrs. Stewart is a current member of Pope City Baptist Church in Wilcox Co. Georgia.
Mrs. Stewart is survived by her sons, David Leonard Harvey and Royce Mann Harvey (Cherri) both of Pineview, Georgia; daughters, Linda Hood (Sammy), of Hawkinsville, Georgia, Joyce McDonald, of Pineview, Georgia, Betty Thomas, of Hawkinsville, Georgia; 12 grandchildren: David Shaw & Jerry Hawkins, Dana Thomas, Angela Bloodworth, Jason Harvey, Amanda Tedder, Lee Howard, Len Harvey, Samantha Hancock, Toni Lister, Kayla Dykes, Brooke Harvey; 20 great-grandchildren, Kimber & Caroline Thomas, Trenton & Courtney Quigg, Hunter Bloodworth, Kaitlyn, Amber & Morgan Harvey, Luke, Georgia & Lilly Tedder, Tayton, Avery & Devin Howard, Wilson Dykes, James & Rebecca Harvey, Anna Harvey, Emmie Hancock, Travis Lister and Logan Lister; Great-great grandson, Mason Anderson.
She was preceded in death by both of her husbands, David E. (Buddy) Harvey and Alvie Stewart; one daughter, Wanda Carlene Harvey Moore; three grandchildren, Marion Victoria Harvey, Michael Clay Dykes and Kimberly Howard Dykes.
Mrs. Stewart was employed by Cordele Casual Wear, an Avon Lady and former owner and operator of Rainbow's End Collectibles and Antiques.Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 19, 2012 from 6p.m. to 8p.m. at Clark Funeral Home in Hawkinsville, Georgia.
