Ralph Eugene "Gene" Gay
March 10, 1937 — June 1, 2021
Mr. Gay was a native of Emanuel County, Ga. and a member of the Hawkinsville First Baptist Church.Gene was a self-employed Forester.He was a former member of the Hawkinsville Lions Club.He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph Moye and Rubie Johnson Gay.
Survivors include his wife, Faye Gay of Hawkinsville, Ga.; daughters, Lynn Gay Carr (Rex Turk) of Dublin, Ga. and Stephanie Jene Gay Bailey (Christopher H. Bailey) of Joplin, MO; brother, Jerry B. Gay (Beth) of Dublin, Ga.; grandchildren, Dustin Folds (Rhenda), Lissi Carr Chism (Alex), Levi Carr, Bethanie Faye Bailey, Savanna Jane Bailey, Gabrielle Chris Bailey; great-grandchildren, Westin Taylor Folds and Reese Marie Folds.
The family requests that donations be made to Hawkinsville First Baptist Church Building Fund, 155 Broad St. Hawkinsville, Ga. 31036 or Serenity Foundation: 1022 Hillcrest Parkway, Suite 200, Dublin, Ga. 31021.
