Richard Oliver Scoggins, age 62, of Hawkinsville, Georgia passed away on December 9, 2015 at the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center in Dublin, Georgia. Mr. Scoggins was a member of the Baptist faith and a native of Bibb County Georgia.A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, December 16, 2015 in the Clark Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Robert Jarrett officiating.
Richard was a retired veteran of the United States Air Force and also retired from Civil Service at Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins, Georgia. He is survived by his wife, Wanda Scoggins of Hawkinsville, Georgia; son, Richard Andrew Scoggins of Warner Robins, Georgia; daughter, Terri Harris (Eric) of Crawford Co. Georgia; step-children, Wendy McLoon of Hawkinsville, Georgia and Justin Moore of Hawkinsville, Georgia. He is also survived by six grandchildren: Caitlin Berdman, Cameron Vincent, Destiny Harris, Jayci McLoon and Jordan Moore.
