Richard Jackson Willcox
March 26, 1958 — April 7, 2016
Mr. Willcox was a native of Pulaski County, Ga. He graduated from Hawkinsville High in 1976 and attended one year at Arizona State University before transferring to and graduating from the University of Georgia. He was a financial analyst prior to teaching English as a foreign language in the Czech Republic, South Korea, and China. He enjoyed writing.
Survivors include sisters Sandra Williamson (Lamar) and Angele "Lee" Dunlap (Randy), brothers James G. Willcox (Kevin) and Bill Willcox (Brenda), nephews Cameron Dunlap, Chris Williamson, and Rob Williamson, one uncle, four aunts, and numerous cousins and great nieces and nephews.
Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
