Robert Alvary Lancaster

Mr. Robert Alvary Lancaster, age 90, of Hawkinsville, Georgia passed away Thursday, March 20, 2025 at Pine Pointe Hospice in Macon, Georgia.  Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, March 23, 2025 at Broad Street Baptist Church with visitation to be from 1:30 until 3:00 when the service begins.  Dr. Jeff Waters and Dr. Don McClung with officiate.  Burial will be in the Lancaster Cemetery.

Mr. Lancaster was a native of Telfair County, Georgia, but lived most of his life in Pulaski County. He was a member of Broad Street Baptist Church.  Bobby was a retired farmer and a member and director of Soil Conservation in Pulaski County.  He loved to hunt and go fishing.  Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, Albert Rayford and Belle Iola Ashley Lancaster; wife, Betty Louise Martin Lancaster; son, Daryl Wayne Lancaster and sister, Carolyn Lancaster Ragan.

Survivors include his son, Ricky (Wendy) Lancaster; brothers, Jerry (Nell) Lancaster, Ray (Donna) Lancaster; grandchildren, Hunter (Alena) Williams, Landon (Claire Bentley) Lancaster and great-grandchild, Dominic Owen.
