Robert Sterlin Carr
August 15, 1937 — September 28, 2012
Sterlin was born in Tifton, Ga. but lived his entire life in Hawkinsville. He was a member of Harmony Baptist Church. He was the manager of the antique mall in Hawkinsville and was employed by Pulaski Bank for twenty three years serving the last eight years as Vice President. Mr. Carr was also a twenty year veteran of the Georgia Army National Guard.
Survivors include his wife, Juanita Parnell Carr of Hawkinsville, Ga.; son, Kenneth Sterlin Carr of Hawkinsville, Ga.; grandson, Joshua Sterlin Carr of Hawkinsville, Ga.; granddaughter, Kimberly Alecia Carr of Hawkinsville, Ga. and great-grandson, Aeden Sterlin Carr of Hawkinsville, Ga. Mr. Carr is also survived by his sister, Carolyn Carr McCool of Mesa, Arizona and his nephew, Michael Kenneth Studley of Apache Junction, Arizona.
Visitation will be held from 3p.m. to 5p.m. Sunday, September 30, 2012 at Clark Funeral Home.
