Robert O. Leighton, Jr. age 52 of Hawkinsville, Georgia died Saturday, August 8, 2009 in Pulaski County, Ga.Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, August 12, 2009 in the chapel of Clark Funeral Home with the Rev. Freddie Hogg officiating.Interment will be in Orange Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Leighton was a native of Pulaski County, Ga. and a member of the Hawkinsville First United Methodist Church.He was a jailer for the Bleckley County Sheriff's office.

Survivors include brother, Dennis Dunn (Lynda) of Stockbridge, Ga.; Sister-in-Law, Faye Dunn of Hawkinsville; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be one hour before service in the funeral home.

Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of arrangements.
