Roger Edwin Coleman, age 85 of Hawkinsville, Georgia passed away on June 14, 2016 at his residence. Private family services will be held at a later date. Roger was preceded in death by his parents, Coy and Elizabeth Kelly Coleman and his daughter-in-law, Sheila Coleman.
Roger was born in Arcadia, Florida on December 26, 1930. Mr. Coleman was the former owner and operator of the C&H Veneer Mill and Victor Veneer Mill in Hawkinsville, Georgia. He is survived by his wife, Josephine Coleman; children, Connie Wingate (Terry), Eddie Coleman and Beth Smith (Cary); grandchildren, Eric Coleman, Eddie Wingate, Coy Harpe(Alisha), Leila Harpe, Kenzie Mashburn (Tate) and Trey Coleman; great grandchildren, Brynnon, Ariel, Briston, Nessah and Dock. He is also survived by his sisters, Sue Walker (George) of Tallahassee, Florida and Joyce Worchesek of Bonita, California.
