Sam Hermice Thompson

Mr. Thompson was a native of Wilcox County, Georgia and a member of Union Baptist Church.He was a farmer.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley D. Thompson of Pineview, Georgia; son, David (Lisa) Thompson of Pineview, Georgia; Mark (Amy) Thompson of Pineview, Georgia; daughter, Tammy (David) Selph also of Pineview, Georgia; brothers, Loys (Marilyn) Thompson, Ken (Karen) Thompson; sister, Wyona Holliday; grandchildren, Josh (Kristen) Thompson, Jessica (Chapman) Mitchell, Ben Selph, Emily (Jeremy) King, Leah Thompson, Sarah Beth Thompson and great-grandchildren, Jackson and Aubrey Thompson, Charlotte and Patrick Mitchell.
Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until 2:45 p.m. before the service begins at Union Baptist Church.
Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
