Scott Whitaker
December 16, 1970 — April 19, 2018
Mr. Whitaker was a native of Montezuma, Ga., but had lived in Unadilla, Hawkinsville and Cochran, Ga.He was a member of the Empire Pentecostal Church and a Paramedic at Taylor Regional Hospital.
Survivors include his mother and father, Gerry Whitaker and Linda Bush Whitaker of Hawkinsville, Ga.; daughter, Halie Whitaker of Cochran, Ga. and several aunts and uncles.
Visitation will be Saturday from 12 p.m. until 1 p.m. in the chapel before the service. The family would appreciate it very much if friends would bring a special picture of Scott to go into a memory box.
Flowers will be accepted, but donations may be made to Homestead Hospice of Warner Robins, Ga.
Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
