Shirley Parkerson Cheek

Mrs. Shirley Ann Parkerson Cheek, age 67, of Hawkinsville, Ga., passed away Thursday, January 5, 2023 at her residence in Hawkinsville, Ga.  No Funeral services will be held at this time.

Mrs. Cheek was a native of Mississippi. She was a member of First Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and loved her family and grandchildren.  Shirley loved collecting antiques.  She was preceded in death by her parents, James Parkerson and Mary Elizabeth Kelly Parkerson.

Survivors include her husband, James H. Cheek Sr.; son, James H. Cheek Jr.; daughter, Jessica Marie Cheek; brother, Wendel L. Newman; sister, Frances Shepard; grandchild, Devin Kade Cheek all of Hawkinsville, Ga.
