Ms. Shirley Virginia Jones Cooper, 81, of Macon, Ga., passed away Friday, November 26, 2021 at Taylor Regional Hospital in Hawkinsville, Ga. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, December 4, 2021 in the chapel of Clark Funeral Home with Rev. Benjamin Newberry officiating.
Ms. Cooper was a native of Hawkinsville, Ga. and a member of Popes Baptist Church.She was retired from the banking industry.Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, Alton Murray and Ola Brown Jones and a sister, Nettie L. Hairston.
Survivors include her daughter, Lynn Haralson of Macon, Ga.; 2 granddaughters, Regina D. Spears of Hawkinsville, Ga., Christine S. Rigsby of Byron, Ga. and 4 great-grandchildren.
