Stacy Allen Pilkinton, 40, of Hawkinsville, Ga. died Monday, September 24, 2012 at his residence.Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, September 27, 2012 in the chapel of Clark Funeral Home with Rev. Dr. Gary Abbott and Rev. Robert Daughtry officiating.Burial will be private.
Stacy was a native of Cordele, Ga. and a member of the Hawkinsville First Baptist Church.He was a member of the Alpha Gamma Rho, Hawkinsville Pulaski County Fire Department, Ducks Unlimited, Quail Unlimited, Turkey Federation and loved all outdoor activities.He was preceded in death by his mother, Beth Hollingsworth and father, Rayford A. Pilkinton.
Survivors include his brother, Stephen (Maisie) Pilkinton of Hawkinsville, Ga.; nephew, Hunter Pilkinton of Ludowici, Ga.; sister, Allison Hollingsworth Kennell of Macon, Ga.; cousins, Johnna and Mike Johnston of Pineview, Ga., Heather Johnston and Holly Johnston, both of Pineview, Ga.; aunt, Dee Vinson and aunt, Faye Pilkinton, both of Pineview, Ga.; aunt, Dorothy and uncle, Charles Mays of Hawkinsville, Ga., cousins, Charles Mays, Jr. of Vienna, Ga. and Catherine Mays of Perry, Ga.; other cousins, Ricky McCommons, Mike McCommons, Tim McCommons, Jeff McCommons, Jill Dupree, Gina Woods Terrell and Sherry Woods Ramsey; stepmother, Barbara Pilkinton of Ludowici, Ga.
Honorary pallbearers will be the Hawkinsville-Pulaski County Fire Department, A. G. R., Class of 1990 and many other special friends and relatives.
Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Clark Funeral Home Chapel.
