Terrell Ralph (Tubby) Hawk, 62, of Hawkinsville, Ga. died Tuesday, December 4, 2012 in the Taylor Regional Hospital in Hawkinsville, Ga.Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, December 7, 2012 in Orange Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Russell L. Horne officiating.
Mr. Hawk was a native ofPulaski County, Ga. and a member of Broad Street Baptist Church.He was a retired self-employed farmer and rancher.He was preceded in death by his parents, Millard Lamar and Lola Horne Hawk; brothers, Ronnie Lamar Hawk, Charles Emory Hawk and a sister, Barbara Jean Hawk.
Survivors includea daughter, Jennifer (Searcy) Elebash of Tuscaloosa, Alabama; brother, Mike Hawk of Hawkinsville, Ga.; sister, Anne Hawk Turk (Walter) of Hawkinsville, Ga.; 2 grandchildren Vivian Elebash and Searcy Elebash.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. at the residence of Walter and Anne Turk: 1102 Perry Road, Hawkinsville, Ga.
Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
