Mrs. Violet L. Rowe, 92, of Hawkinsville, Ga., passed away Thursday, April 8, 2021 at her residence.A visitation will be held on Friday, May 21, 2021 from 2p.m. to 6p.m. in the chapel of Clark Funeral Home.
Mrs. Rowe was a native of Sellersburg, Indiana and resided in West Terre Haute, Indiana before moving to Georgia. She was a member of the Christian faith.Violet was a certified nurse's aide.She loved to quilt as a hobby.She was preceded in death by her husband, Herschel Rowe, Jr., a WWII veteran; sons, Jerald Rowe and Michael Stephen Rowe; daughter, Linda Marie Rowe and two grandchildren, Paul Fulmer and Jason Rowe.
Survivors include sons; James Franklin Rowe (Sally) of Colorado, Donald Rowe (Edith of Georgia, Ronald Rowe (Dorcas) of Indiana, Charles Rowe of Georgia, Hershel K. Rowe, daughters; Connie Eldredge (Tommie) of Georgia, Carolyn Rogers (Paul) of Illinois, Diana L. Delp (Ralph) of Hawkinsville, Ga.; sister, Beatrice Niehaus of Montana; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and great-great-great grandchildren.
