Watson Edgar Cobb
January 18, 1938 — June 9, 2015
Mr. Cobb was a native ofPulaski County, Ga. and a member of Broad Street Baptist Church.He was retired from civil service at Robins Air Force Base and retired from the Pulaski County School System.Watson was a former member of the Lions Club and a veteran of the Air Force.He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Viola Cobb; brother, Alvin Cobb and sister, Lois Watkins.
Survivors include his wife, Christine H. Cobb; sons, Mitchell (Sherry) Cobb, Gerald Cobb; daughter, Tammy (Walter) Gill; grandchildren, Ethan Cobb, Kalena Cobb, Kaitlin Cobb, Caleb Cobb, Lauren Cobb, Luke Cobb, Chase Gill; brothers, Floyd Cobb, Leon (Jo) Cobb, Therell (Willene) Cobb; sisters, Dora (Boree) Watson, Kema Sheffield and Merle (James) Stephens.
Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. before the service begins.
Flowers will be accepted, but donations may be made to the Harrell Cemetery Fund, C/O Sunmark Bank, Hawkinsville, Ga.
Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
