Willie H. Moore

Mr. Willie Halsey Moore, age 74, passed away at Crossview Health Care Center in Pineview, Ga. on March 13, 2022.  A celebration of life will be held on Monday, March 21, 2022 at Christian Home Baptist Church in Rochelle, Georgia.

Willie was a native of Griffin, Ga. and a member of Sunny Side Baptist Church in Spaulding County. He was a self-employed diesel mechanic.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Lee and Mattie Lizzie Neill Moore.

Survivors include his wife, Sandra Fay Moore of Abbeville, Ga.; daughter, Christi Layfield (Cecil) of Rochelle, Ga.; grandchildren, Brandon Layfield, Mathew Layfield, Meghan Layfield and Noah Layfield; great-grandchild, Tucker Layfield; brothers, Wallace Moore of Hampton, Ga.; sisters, Faye Stalnaker of Hampton, Ga. and Ada Jean Lifsey of Williamson, Ga.

Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
