Mrs. Wyolyn Annette Horne Purvis, 85, of Hawkinsville passed away Thursday, October 1st, 2020 at Pinewood Retirement Villa, Hawkinsville Ga..There will be no services at this time.
Mrs. Purvis was a native of Dooly County, Ga. and a member of the Baptist Faith.She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard Horne and Dora Smith Horne, her husband Gene Purvis and her son Terry Cheek.
Survivors include her sons, Walter Cheek and Jimmy Cheek both of Hawkinsville, Ga. and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
