Myrle Rucker Rackley of Hawkinsville, Ga. died Friday, April 15, 2011 at her residence.Funeral services will be held Sunday, April 17, 2011 at 2p.m. at Broad Street Baptist Church with Rev. Jeff Waters and Dr. Kelly Pritchett officiating.Burial will be private.
Mrs. Rackley was preceded in death by her husband William Lewis Rackley and her parents Luke and Ruby English Rucker.Survivors include her daughter, Barbara Wilkin (Robert) of Colquitt, Ga. Sons, David Rackley of Hawkinsville, Ga. and Dale Rackley (Denise) of Valdosta, Ga.; special friend, Johnny Mixon of Hawkinsville, Ga.; sisters, Edith Dixon of Hawkinsville, Ga. and Jean Ford of Centerville, Ga.; Grandchildren, Kim Wilkin of Atlanta, Ga., Rob Wilkin (Cason) of Macon, Ga., Holly Hollister (Dave) of Alpharetta, Ga., Eric Rackley (Leigh Anne) of Valdosta, Ga., Rita McCranie (Brodie) of Eastman, Ga. and 7 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Rackley was a member of Broad Street Baptist Church.
Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville in charge of arrangements.
